"Hokkaido in Ink" - Two Bridges

This piece is an original ink drawing from my book "Hokkaido in Ink" published digitally in 2020.

Excerpt from the book:
Looking at the Ōnuma park lakeside, I was transported in time and space to my teenage summer vacations spent in the Polish lake country, Mazury. Nostalgia hit me hard. I sensed it in my chest. Maybe the feeling was so strong because the vegetation here looked so familiar. All the trees seemed to have just the right shapes and colors I did not realize I missed.

Please remember that the image, when it appeared in the book, was heavily digitally edited end corrected (added blacker lines, color correction, etc.) - this original piece has none of those corrections.
The "Hokkaido in Ink" pieces were drawn with red underdrawing which was digitally erased for the book but is still visible in this original piece. Please see the photos.
